Refund policy

RETURNS
Returns of unused items are accepted within 14 days of sale with original tags and packaging and valid receipt for exchange or store credit only.

With the exception of defective merchandise, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

ALL SALES FINAL on sale/clearance items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Items that are exempt from being returned are as follows:
Sale/Clearance items
Gift cards
Smoked Salmon

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your store credit/exchange will be processed.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded. All sales final on sale/clearance items.

EXCHANGES
If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at gstreetfox@outlook.com. At that time, we will give you instructions on sending your item back for exchange. Exchanges can only be made for items we currently have in stock.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit/exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the amount due back to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
